Submit Order and Processing

Please, check all data on the Checkout Page. There is all information about your order. After that press Confirm Data. You can go back and change/correct some things if necessary. Do not forget to press the SUBMIT button afterwards.

NOTE! Please, do not refresh the page after you press the SUBMIT button. Your order will be placed twice. We can accept only 1 order from 1 person at a time.

You will be informed about each stage of order processing (pending/approved/declined/shipped) via email. If you don't receive it in 24 hours, please, contact our Customer Support via Contact Us form.

After submitting an order it gets a pending status. In some cases the order processing may take up to 72 hours. This is done to avoid fraudulent orders and any mistakes in your order information. Your card will be charged only after the order is confirmed and approved by our Fraud Department.

IMPORTANT! In some cases the actual charge may differ from the one written in the invoice. It may happen due to the international transaction fee. Please, pay attention before you place an order. The international transaction fee may be taken regardless of card types (credit, debit, prepaid, etc.)

If the previous order is not delivered for some reason, we won't be able to process a new one. If the deadline is reached and you still haven't received your order, please don't place a new one. Contact our Customer Support Center and we will reship the previous order for free.

The U.S. customers who choose Reg.Mail shipping method are not able to obtain tracking and delivery information for inbound registered items on tracking services from such countries as India and Hong Kong due to the rules of the United States Postal Service. Incorrect shipping address

Please, make sure you entered a correct shipping address on the Checkout page and double check the information before submitting the order. Don't forget to enter all essential information in the Address field, including APT or SUITE number, so that your package can reach you on time.

IMPORTANT! We do not ship to any corporate/public places. Such shipping addresses should be changed to residential or PO Boxes. If there is nobody available to receive the order, it will be sent to a local post office where you can receive it later.

Billing addresses such as UPS stores are not acceptable. The system will not be able to process the orders with such addresses.

If you want to make corrections or add details to your address, please contact our Customer Support team using the Contact Us form or by phone within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change any information.

IMPORTANT! Any mistake or missing information in the Shipping Address can cause delay or non-delivery (the package can be returned to the sender) and the product will be reshipped at the customer's expenses.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support using the Contact Us form or by phone and provide us with your reason for cancellation. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order has been declined, try to contact our Customer Support Center to find out the reason for the decline before placing a new order.

Returns

We are sorry, but we don't accept any returns. If you received the wrong product or the package was damaged, please contact our Customer Support using the Contact Us form or by phone and our high-skilled Support Team will find the best solution for your case.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, please immediately contact our Customer Support using the Contact Us form or by phone. We will suggest the best and most suitable solution for your issue.

IMPORTANT! As soon as your refund is issued it usually takes about 7-14 business days to have it reflected in your credit card statement. In rare cases, it might take up to 21 days. It depends largely on how your bank does credit card processing and the connection between the banks.

We DO issue refunds when:

  1. request to cancel order is sent BEFORE it is shipped
  2. chosen product/type of delivery is not available at the moment
  3. wrong item, damaged goods (for example, broken pills), partial order were received
  4. product is not effective
  5. parcel was not delivered within a specified time or/and after reship
  6. parcel was delivered to the wrong address due to sender error

We DO NOT issue refunds when:

  1. request to cancel order is sent AFTER it was shipped
  2. incorrect address was given by the client which caused non-delivery
  3. client did not pick up an order and the parcel was sent back
  4. order was placed more than 6 months before refund request
